Going though the medical testing process with a child who has an Eosinophilic Disease is never easy. This task is made even harder when you are away from your home environment, family and friends. EOSColorado believes that no family visiting the program should have to be alone during this emotionally difficult time. Because of this one of our goals is to provide support for families attending the Gastrointestinal Eosinophil Diseases Program here in Denver.
After you arrange with Children's Hospital that your child is attending the program we encourage you to contact us. We can provide you with information to help make your experience in Colorado go as smooth as possible. In addition to helping with planning your trip we are also available when you arrive here in Colorado. We can arrange for social gatherings outside of the hospital, with other families effected by Eosinophilic Diseases, during your off days or in the evening for you to decompress and for your child to relax.
